Product Introduction

The steel tape measure calibration device is designed and developed in accordance with the new JJG4-2015 "Steel Tape Measure Calibration Regulations". This calibration device can be used to calibrate steel tape measures. It can be used to calibrate the indication error of conventional measuring tools such as steel tape measures, steel band measures, depth measuring oil gauges, steel circumference measures, fiber tape measures, and steel rulers (steel rulers can only be compared, not calibrated).  With a zero-point calibration stand, it can also be used to compare and calibrate the zero-point deviation of depth measuring oil gauges.

Main Features

1) This calibration device has a simple structure, is easy to install, and has a beautiful and practical design.

2) The main parts (weight and handle) are electroplated, giving them a bright and elegant appearance.

3) It is equipped with a weight unloading device, which can conveniently control loading and unloading.

4) A reading microscope is provided for convenient and clear display of the error of the measured ruler.

5) The reading microscope is equipped with an illumination device, making the image very clear.

6) The reading microscope and illumination device are mounted on the measuring carriage for convenient operation. The measuring carriage can be removed as a whole for easy storage and maintenance.

7) The standard ruler and the measured ruler are supported by a support shaft, eliminating the friction between the tape and the table surface, thus improving the measurement accuracy.

Basic Configuration

1 x 5m standard ruler, 1 x calibration bench, 1 x small trolley, 1 x reading microscope, 2 x tape clips, 2 x 5kg weights, 1 x digital display box, 1 x power supply.

This device uses a grating displacement sensor in conjunction with a standard steel tape measure for data acquisition, and the PLC data processing directly provides the measurement results. This reduces manual labor intensity.
