Overview

Powder compaction density tester - Powder density refers to the mass corresponding to a unit volume of powder. Due to the presence of voids (or pores) between particles or within particles in the powder, the density of the powder is usually less than the true density of the corresponding substance. Compacted density refers to the density of the powder after it is compacted in a container under specified conditions.

The LR-W210 powder density tester is a powder density testing instrument independently developed and manufactured by our company in accordance with the national standard GB/T 5162-2006/ISO3953:1993 (Metal Powder - Determination of Compacted Density). It is an instrument with independent intellectual property rights. The instrument covers all the indicators stipulated in the national standard GB/T 5162-2006/ISO3953:1993.

The LR-W210 powder density tester is composed of a motor, vibration components, PLC processor and a 7-inch high-definition touch screen, etc. It allows for setting the number of vibrations, and during the vibration process, the vibration components rotate at a small angle to ensure the uniformity of the materials.

Test environment requirements

Power Supply: AC 220V ± 10% 50Hz, 35W.

Relative humidity: less than 85%, no condensation. Other requirements: the environment is clean without dust, and there are no mechanical vibration sources or electromagnetic interference sources around.

Test subjects: Various metal powders: such as aluminium powder, zirconium powder, nickel powder, tungsten powder, tin powder, zinc powder, molybdenum powder, magnesium powder, copper powder, as well as other rare metal powders, alloy powders or metal oxide powders, etc.

Various non-metallic powders: such as kaolin, calcium carbonate, coal powder, fluorescent powder, magnesite, calcite, wollastonite, tourmaline, diamond, barite, fluorite, zeolite, boron carbide, clay, graphite, quartz, gypsum, bentonite, diatomite, zirconium silicate, corundum, mica, clay, titanium dioxide, etc.

Other powders: such as soil, dyes, medicines, pesticides, abrasives, coatings, food additives, catalysts, cement, river silt, etc.
