Main Functions
1. This machine is suitable for testing materials and products across various industries—including textiles, rubber, plastics, synthetic leather, adhesive tapes, adhesives, plastic films, composite materials, electronics, and metals. It performs tests such as tension, compression, bending, shear, peeling (90° and 180°), and tearing to evaluate product quality.
2.This is a compact, user-friendly tensile testing machine designed for benchtop operation. It utilizes an electronic control system and a variable-frequency motor; a mechanical transmission reduces speed to drive a T-screw, moving the load cell up and down to execute tensile or compression tests. Force values are output by the sensor to the display, and test displacement is shown in real-time.
3.It can store results for 10 test reference points, automatically calculate averages, and capture maximum force values as well as the force at the moment of break. The unit includes a thermal printer for automatic test result output (optional).
4. With its simple and convenient operation, this machine is ideal for quality control on production lines. This series is primarily designed for testing non-metallic and metallic materials with loads under 2000N.
