Main Functions
1.This machine is suitable for testing and analyzing the mechanical properties—such as tensile strength, compression, tearing, and peeling (both 90° and 180°)—of materials including rubber, tires, hoses, conveyor belts, shoe soles, plastics, films, acrylic, FRP, ABS, EVA, PU, aluminum-plastic pipes, composite materials, waterproofing materials, fibers, textiles, wires and cables, paper, metal foils, tapes, filaments, springs, wood, and pharmaceutical packaging materials.
2.This machine is a new type of material testing machine that integrates electronic technology with mechanical transmission, offering high precision and sensitivity in the measurement and control of load, deformation, and displacement. It features a single-space structure (with the testing area located in the lower section) and is primarily designed for testing metallic and non-metallic materials with loads below 5 kN. It supports stress, strain, and displacement control modes, allowing for the determination of parameters such as maximum force, tensile strength, flexural strength, compressive strength, elastic modulus, elongation at break, and yield strength.

Compared to traditional 8-bit microcontroller-based systems, it offers significantly improved overall performance, faster computation, and higher control precision.
2.The data acquisition core utilizes the latest ultra-high-precision 24-bit A/D converter from the US, achieving sampling rates of up to 2,000 samples per second. This allows for the capture of instantaneous force fluctuations, providing a resolution of up to 500,000 divisions across the entire range without the need for gear switching. Proprietary 6-point calibration technology further enhances accuracy, ensuring force measurement precision that exceeds the national Class 0.5 standard (the highest grade).
3.Displacement encoder counting employs 4x frequency multiplication technology, quadrupling displacement resolution to a maximum of 0.0005 mm.
