Instrument Introduction

The shoe lace wear resistance tester measures the wear resistance of the shoe laces. The lacing device is as follows: take two shoe laces, hook the middle sections together to form one right lace and one left lace. The right lace is clamped by the right fixture (moving clamp) of this machine, and after clamping, the two ends naturally have a distance of 25mm. With the template assistance, the right lace is hooked onto the left lace at a 52.2° angle, with the hook point and the clamping point being 120mm apart. Then, the left fixture (fixed clamp) is used to clamp the left lace one end, and the other end is placed in the groove of the pulley, with a hanging weight below. The clamping point is naturally 35+5mm away from the pulley groove. During the test, the moving clamp moves back and forth in a straight line at a constant speed, causing the middle sections of the two shoe laces to rub against each other. The test is recorded when the specified number of wear times is reached or the shoe lace breaks.
