Instroduction
The conical shaft bending tester. The changing conical diameter of the instrument enables the dry coating film of the metal sheet material to be stretched under different diameters. The length of the conical shaft is 200mm, the major end diameter is 37mm, and the minor end diameter is 3mm. When testing the sample, the coated metal sheet material sample is placed under the conical shaft for bending, and the ductility and adhesion of the paint film under the bending stress are qualitatively determined.

Technical Features

Main application
The conical shaft bending tester is suitable for measuring the flexibility and adhesion performance of coatings (especially metal coatings) when subjected to bending stress.
Operation method
(1) Place the test plate at the appropriate position and clamp it;
(2) By the rotational action of the rolls, cause the test plate to bend around the conical shaft;
(3) Bend the sample by 180 degrees within a certain rotational time and with uniform force;
(4) Remove the plate and check the cracking condition of the paint film;
(5) Record the location of the cracking, measure the distance from the conical end to the smallest segment of the cracking to the bending axis.
