1.The CX-9800DUA handheld excitation gun dual excitation platform direct reading spectrometer, with its high performance and reliable design, as well as innovative optical system and expanded wavelength range, ensures precise identification of important elements. The CX-9800DUA spectrometer adopts a dual excitation platform structure, with an additional excitation gun beside the fixed spark platform, which can be applied to the quantitative analysis of elements and grade identification of metal samples, and the spectral range covers typical materials.
2. Specifically developed for the manufacturing of large-sized metal components that are difficult to handle.
The instrument is equipped with an argon gas flushing spark chamber and an excitation gun, which is suitable for analyzing samples of different shapes and sizes. It is also capable of detecting non-metallic elements such as C, P, S, B, etc. for large metal components that are inconvenient to cut. It has gradually become an important choice for the metal manufacturing, processing and casting industries.
3. Spectral Division System
The CX-9800DUA features the latest grating spectroscopy technology, representing the direct reading spectroscopy technology of the digital age. The vacuum spectroscopy system has up to 2400x8 pixels, enabling full-spectrum reception within the analysis band. Each element is analyzed using multiple spectral lines, with a comprehensive output, providing a wide dynamic range and accurate results. The placed detector ensures the reception of all spectral lines within the analysis band without any omission, allowing for the simultaneous measurement of multiple spectral lines of the same element, and automatically selecting the output.
4. Incident System
The CX-9800DUA achieves this by applying special materials to the direct light path entry window, enabling the instrument to freely analyze the ultra-low ultraviolet wavelength (VUV) spectral signals.
5. Vacuum Light Room System
The CX-9800DUA spectrometer adopts a special vacuum optical chamber system design. Compared with the traditional argon-filled optical chamber system, its advantages are significant. Firstly, during the non-operational state of the instrument, there is no need for real-time argon gas blowing in the optical chamber, which greatly reduces the usage of argon gas and saves the customer's usage cost. Secondly, the vacuum optical system of Chengxiang Instruments ensures that the instrument can reach a stable working state within 30 minutes after cold start (power off and restart), while the traditional argon-filled optical chamber system takes 1-2 hours to reach a stable working state. Since the CX-9800DUA needs to detect ultra-low ultraviolet spectral signals, an excellent and stable vacuum system is particularly important.
6. CX-9800DUA Vacuum Pump
The vacuum system loaded on the CX-9800DUA operates with the latest generation of vacuum pumps and is equipped with safety solenoid valves to ensure the utmost safety of the vacuum system. The vacuum system of CX-9800DUA can be set according to customer requirements for the loading vacuum degree. The working status of the vacuum chamber can be displayed digitally through the operating software, allowing real-time monitoring of the working condition.
