1. Description:
In view of the increasingly widespread application of smart electronic products, how to provide consumers with a good touch experience for their touch screen coatings and how to effectively resist the stains and scratches caused by fingerprints are very important issues faced by coating researchers. In 2021, the Coatings, Related Materials and Applications Committee (D01) of the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) issued a new international Standard, ASTM D 8380-21 "Standard Test for Dry Abrasion", specifically for testing the Abrasion resistance of coatings on touch screens of smart electronic products "Resistance of Hydrophobic and Omniphobic Coatings", translated as "Standard Test Method for Dry Grinding Resistance of Hydrophobic and Oleophobic Coatings". This standard specifies a method for testing the wear resistance of thin hydrophobic or oleophobic coatings (double hydrophobic coatings). These coatings are typically used to enhance the handprint resistance, water removal, stain resistance and easy cleaning performance of the coating surface. The ability of the coating to maintain its original performance after environmental exposure wear is measured by comparing the difference between the initial contact Angle and the contact Angle after mechanical wear.

It adopts single-chip microcomputer intelligent control, stepless speed regulation and automatic counting.
