1. The entire machine structure is constructed from high-precision natural granite. Since granite possesses the inherent characteristic of being permanently free from deformation, it guarantees the long-term stability and accuracy of the machine platform.

4. Equipped with high-precision linear guides from HIWIN (Taiwan) and ground-grade ball screws from TBI (Taiwan), ensuring high accuracy and smooth operation.

6. Both the bottom illumination and surface illumination utilize programmable LED cold light sources, thereby avoiding the drawbacks of thermal expansion and contraction associated with conventional hot light sources, and preventing secondary deformation of the workpiece.
7. Incorporates a high-definition, industrial-grade color CCD camera (TEO 750TVL, USA), ensuring high-quality measurement imagery and rapid measurement speeds.
8. Features a "STEP-ZOOM" stepped, click-stop continuous zoom lens. This design eliminates the need for recalibration after changing magnification levels, significantly boosting both operational efficiency and measurement accuracy. The image magnification range covers 30X to 200X.
9. Employs high-speed, surface-mounted metal linear encoders (LAMOTION), providing a grating resolution of 0.0001mm.
