Suitable for determining the total sulfur content of coal, coke, petroleum, solid hazardous waste, and other substances in power plants, coal mines, commercial inspection, environmental protection, geological exploration, metallurgy, papermaking, chemical industry, scientific research, education, and other departments.
Technical Features
1. Adopts a horizontal integrated structure, cleverly combining automatic sample feeding and injection mechanism, high-temperature pyrolysis furnace, electrolytic cell, stirrer, air purification system, and other components, making the instrument structure more compact, reasonable, and stable;
2. Uses a specially designed flat-bottomed corundum ceramic boat to reduce the possibility of sample jamming. The system features automatic heating, temperature control, sample delivery, and measurement, all controlled by software. Results are automatically saved and printed, and samples can be added during the process, significantly improving work efficiency and enabling truly unattended operation;
3. It uses the coulombic titration method for measurement, with measurement time automatically determined based on different samples, offering faster results than the Eschka gravimetric method and high-temperature combustion neutralization method;
4. It employs a linear electrolyte molecular concentration acquisition circuit, effectively solving the problem of over-electrolysis;
5. It uses a non-contact switch and features disconnection protection, hardware over-temperature protection, and electrolyte backflow prevention measures;
6. It utilizes a multi-point dynamic coefficient correction method to ensure higher accuracy of test results for coal samples with high, medium, and low sulfur content;
7. It can be integrated into a laboratory management system, enabling seamless data transfer from the balance, result backup, and uploading;
8. It can be used to determine the total sulfur content in samples such as solid hazardous waste.
