Application Scope

The rubber hose air tightness leakage tester can detect the sealing performance of stainless steel pipes and identify air leakage points in steel pipes. If a leak is detected, the bubbling method can be used to observe the leakage situation of the tested part. This testing machine is an ideal equipment for testing straight seam welded pipes and seamless steel pipes.

Equipment Composition

1. Sealing Fixture Connector: Used to seal both ends of the steel pipe for sealing.

2. Control System: Controls the test pressure, pressure holding time, water tank lifting, etc.

Basic Principle

Based on the different test pressures of the tested parts, the test is performed by measuring the pressure or mass flow between the standard part and the tested part.
