Features and Application

The multi-functional V-belt fatigue testing machine is used to determine the fatigue life of ordinary V-belts, general-purpose narrow V-belts, and washing machine V-belts.  The V-belt is installed on the two pulleys of the testing machine, and after applying a specified tension, it is operated at a certain speed without torque. The change rate of the V-belt center distance after 24 hours and whether the V-belt reaches the specified fatigue life are measured. Two V-belts can be tested simultaneously. It also has a length measurement function and can be used as a length measuring machine. It can also be used for fatigue testing and length measurement of other types of belts. It features variable frequency speed control, digital display of speed and operating time, adjustable speed, and retains data after V-belt breakage. It is easy to operate, has a novel design, a beautiful appearance, and high reliability.

This testing machine complies with the newly promulgated GB/T1171-1996 "General Purpose Ordinary V-belts", GB/T15328-2009 "Fatigue Test Method for Ordinary V-belts (No-torque Method)", GB/T12730-2002 "General Purpose Narrow V-belts", HG/T2442-2001 "Washing Machine V-belts", and JIS K6323-1989 "General Purpose V-belts" requirements.
