I. Structural Design

Inner and outer casing materials

The inner chamber is made of 1.2mm thick SUS304 stainless steel plate, and the outer casing is made of 0.8mm color-coated steel plate.

Three-layer tempered glass window (for observing test samples) with automatic defogging function.

Test port

The side of the enclosure is equipped with two φ100mm test lead holes and soft rubber plugs, ensuring reliable sealing. The quantity and location can be specified by the customer;

if not specified, they will be configured according to our company's standard.

Insulation layer

The thermal insulation glass wool (150 mm thick insulation layer) ensures that there will be no condensation or icing on the outside of the cabinet.

Cabinet door

Single door design with high and low temperature resistant, airtight sealing effectively prevents external temperature leakage.

Separate design for water and electricity

The water and electrical systems are designed separately to enhance equipment safety.

Inner tank welding method

The inner chamber features a fully welded construction using a V-shaped expandable welding process.  Because stainless steel expands and contracts during temperature changes, this design allows for approximately 1.7 mm of expansion and contraction in the stainless steel sheet metal (calculated using a thermal expansion coefficient of 1.7 m/km; the V-shaped welding angle varies depending on the size of the stainless steel). The V-groove is sealed with silicone sealant.

II. Temperature and Humidity Control Electric Heating Circulation System

The humidifier features a special moisture-proof and heat-dissipating design, and a stainless steel extended shaft circulating motor.

Air guide plate design

The adjustable air deflector design effectively improves the uniformity of temperature and humidity distribution. The air outlet direction can be manually adjusted to achieve optimal uniformity inside the chamber.
