Product Description

Scope of Application

Performance Features

1. Powerful functions and high cost-effectiveness.

1.1 One set of equipment can complete all tests of four elements: CHNS, and also supports separate testing of single or multiple elements;

1.2 Integrated automatic sample feeding and testing for CHN elements, with cyclic testing, allowing for completely unattended operation. A single tray can hold 36 samples, and a double tray can hold 72 samples, and samples can be added/replaced during the analysis process;

1.3 Fast manual sample feeding for S element testing, easy operation, without complex mechanical movements.

2. Full process control and high accuracy of test results.

2.1 The sample feeding component adopts a gas curtain protection mechanism, which can effectively isolate external air from entering the combustion furnace when the sample falls, and is supplemented by a flow equalization mechanism to ensure sufficient sample combustion, prevent sample splashing during sample dropping, and ensure accurate experimental results;

2.2 High-performance, high-precision infrared sensors are used to test carbon and hydrogen elements, and the combustion process can be monitored in real time to accurately determine the end of combustion, effectively shortening the test time and improving test accuracy;

2.3 A highly sensitive, ultra-low drift diffusion thermal conductivity cell is used, with independent and precise constant temperature control to ensure stable thermal conductivity baseline;

2.4 Ultra-low drift infrared cell, only one drift calibration per working day is required.

3. Short and reliable gas path. The integrated gas path uses a manifold board, resulting in low dead volume, fewer pipelines, and minimal water vapor residue.  It features automatic and precise flow control and high gas path reliability.

4. User-friendly design for convenient operation.

4.1 Instrument airtightness testing can be automatically completed via mouse operation, which is simple and convenient;

4.2 The crucible can be replaced from the top, the furnace body is easy to disassemble and assemble, and the furnace reagents are easy to replace;

4.3 A high-performance touch-screen tablet is available as an option, paired with a multi-functional rotating and telescopic stand, allowing for adjustable distance and angle, providing a brand-new operating experience.

5. Low testing cost.

The sensor has a short stabilization time and high stability. During the experiment, a helium gas throttling device is used, and a high flow rate of 0.7 L/min of helium gas is only activated during sample injection testing; at other times, the helium gas flow rate is only 0.05 L/min. Compared to similar instruments, the utilization rate is greatly improved, effectively saving users' operating costs.
