Product Features of UL Waterproof Testing Instrument

I. Product Introduction

The UL American Standard Waterproof Testing Instrument is constructed from formed aluminum and adopts imported nozzles for spray control. Its spray height is adjustable, making it well-suited for on-site testing.

II. Executive Standards

The waterproof testing instrument (also referred to as UL American Standard Waterproof Testing Equipment) is fully manufactured in strict compliance with the requirements specified in Figures 38.1 and 38.2 of the UL 60507-ENGL1999 standard, as well as the provisions outlined in Figures 10 and 11 of the ANSI Z21.10.3-2004 and ANSI Z21.58 standards, and the CSA 4.3-2004 standard. Additionally, it meets the criteria of other relevant standards, including UL1598, UL153, UL154B, UL1703, UL8750, UL1741, UL514B, UL1278, and UL1571.

III. Product Features

1. Suitable for performing UL rain tests and 45° water spray tests on products.

2. The device is composed of two components: a UL rain test unit (equipped with 3 UL nozzles on the top) and a water spray test unit (fitted with 1 UL nozzle at the bottom).

3. The frame of the device is made of formed aluminum, ensuring structural stability and ease of cleaning.

4. The nozzle frame can be moved and freely adjusted in height using a manually operated stainless steel wheel mechanism.

5. The device utilizes UL laboratory-grade nozzles, fully conforming to UL standards.

6. The base of the bracket is equipped with universal wheels featuring a braking function, enabling convenient movement and secure fixation.

7. The pressure gauges employed are domestic "Hongqi" brand stainless steel pressure gauges, which display the water spray flow rate (each nozzle is matched with a corresponding pressure gauge).

8. The arrangement of the device's nozzles is strictly designed in accordance with standard specifications.
