Product Introduction
1. Test Process
The testing machine receives test instructions, sample number, sample size, and other sample information from the upper-level computer. The operator confirms the sample number according to the sample sequence transmitted from the upper-level computer (or manually selects a sample), and then clamps the sample for testing.
The testing machine system can automatically switch different test conditions according to the test instructions transmitted from the upper-level computer. After the test is completed, the test results are automatically transmitted to the upper-level computer.
2. Testing Machine Introduction:
This testing machine adopts a frame structure, a single-rod double-acting piston cylinder to apply the test force, and a computer control system to control the entire test process. The test data is accurately measured by a load sensor and transmitted to the computer. The software system displays the test force and piston displacement in real time, and can automatically analyze, process, and store the test results. The printer can directly print the required test reports.
The machine frame has high rigidity and strength, and small deformation, meeting the requirements of GB/T 8358-2006 "Steel Wire Rope Breaking Tensile Test Method" and GB/T12718-2001 "High-Strength Round Link Chains for Mining". The test space is adjustable, facilitating the testing needs of different lengths of samples. It adopts the closed-loop coordinated loading electro-hydraulic servo control system independently developed and patented by Maijie. The microcomputer controls coordinated multi-stage hydraulic loading, continuous and stable loading, multi-stage test force maintenance, automatic load holding, automatic data acquisition and storage, curve plotting, and automatic printing of test reports. The computer controls the test process in real time, displays the test force and test curve, and is simple and reliable to operate.
