Overview

The high-speed oil seal torque performance testing machine is suitable for research and testing of oil seal torque sealing performance under normal and high-temperature oil environments. The main shaft rotates at a certain speed for a certain period of time, and leakage is observed. The testing machine can rotate in both forward and reverse directions, and the oil drum has an axial displacement testing function. The pressure in the test chamber is measured by a pressure sensor and displayed through software, which also displays the test torque value, accurately reflecting the starting torque of the tested oil seal. This machine can also measure the temperature of the outer side of the oil seal lip using an infrared thermometer. The software allows control of parameters such as the high-speed electric spindle speed, test temperature, and operating time.
