 Product Introduction

The low-pressure test chamber utilizes a precise control system, resulting in more accurate test results compared to most existing equipment.  Because the control system accurately controls the operating state of the test chamber, it has a longer service life and a lower failure rate. It is mainly used in aerospace, information technology, electronics, and other fields to determine the environmental adaptability and reliability of instruments, electrical products, materials, components, and equipment under low pressure, high temperature, and low temperature conditions, individually or simultaneously. It can also simultaneously measure electrical performance parameters of the test specimens while they are powered on. It is suitable for comprehensive temperature, humidity, and altitude testing of materials, electrical and electronic products, and other products. It is also suitable for product quality testing and reliability testing, and can be used in other high-temperature and low-pressure related processing and testing processes.

The low-pressure test chamber is mainly used in aerospace, information technology, electronics, and other fields to determine the environmental adaptability and reliability of instruments, electrical products, materials, components, and equipment under low pressure, high temperature, and low temperature conditions, individually or simultaneously. It can also simultaneously measure electrical performance parameters of the test specimens while they are powered on. It adopts an integrated modular structure. The test chamber consists of an insulated chamber (pressure-bearing structure) located at the front, a refrigeration and vacuum unit located at the rear, and an electrical controller (system) located on the test chamber door.

Important precautions for use

1. The test products must not be flammable, combustible, or highly corrosive chemical substances;

2. Avoid turning off and on the refrigeration unit within three minutes;

3. The lighting should only be turned on when necessary and turned off at all other times;

4. Before low-temperature testing, the test chamber should be wiped dry and dried at 60℃ for 1 hour.

5. During high-temperature testing, when the temperature exceeds 55℃, the refrigeration unit must not be turned on.
