This instrument is applicable to determine the color of various lubricating oil and other petroleum products according to the National petrochemical industry standard SH / T0168-92. The determination method is to inject the predicted petroleum product sample into the colorimetric tube, and then to be compared to the standard color sheet to determine its color number. The color numbers indicated by this instrument are comparable to those shown in GB / T6540, see the attached color number control Fig.

 Instrument structure and main performance

The instrument consists of standard color plate, observation optical lens, light source and colorimetric tube.

The light source is a 220V inner frosted milk shell bulb of 2750 ± 50K light source, through the milky glass and solar filter glass, its spectral characteristics are similar to this light. The light source of the instrument forms two parallel beams, which are exactly the same size and shape, and can be evenly illuminated on the color glass sheet of the standard color plate and the color sample of the color tube. There are 2614mm light holes on the standard color plate, of which 25 have 1-25 standard color glass with color plate respectively, the 26th hole is blank, and the color plate is mounted on the hand wheel on the right side of the instrument to choose the correct comparable color in the color test. The standard color glass color on the color plate shall be corrected with the colorimetric liquid used as the calibration standard color. The colorimetric tube is a colorless flat bottom glass tube with a diameter of 32 mm in diameter and 120 to 130 mm in height. The tube is placed by the cap at the top of the instrument. The eyepiece consists of a concave mirror and a partition gate. In the eyepiece, two semicircular colors can be seen simultaneously, and the left side is the color of the sample. The right side is the standard color color, optical goggles with light adjustment and focus ability, easy to use.
