Description
The heat flow meter thermal conductivity tester is designed and developed in accordance with the national standard GBT 10295-2008, "Determination of Steady-State Thermal Resistance and Related Properties of Insulating Materials - Heat Flow Meter Method." It uses a heat flow meter to measure and calculate the steady-state heat transfer properties of plate specimens.

Product Introduction
The intelligent heat flow meter thermal conductivity meter is manufactured in accordance with the technical specifications of the national standard GBT 10295-2008 "Determination of Steady-State Thermal Resistance and Related Properties of Insulating Materials - Heat Flow Meter Method."
Thermal conductivity is a key parameter used to measure the thermal conductivity and insulation performance of heat-resistant materials. The performance of heat-resistant insulation materials is determined by their thermal conductivity. The intelligent thermal conductivity meter integrates a thermostat, and all measurement and control functions are computer-controlled. The computer interface enables fully automated instrument control, data acquisition and processing, as well as thermal conductivity calculation, display, and printout. The instrument offers fast measurement times, high speed, accurate data, a high degree of automation, and low noise.
This instrument primarily tests homogeneous sheet materials such as plastics, rubber, glass, fiberboard, polystyrene board, vacuum insulation panels, extruded boards, foamed concrete, hollow glass, wood boards, and various insulation materials. It can also measure the thermal conductivity of various materials, including granular, bulk, and soft materials.
This instrument is widely used by manufacturers of heat-resistant and thermal insulation materials, relevant quality inspection departments and units, universities, research institutes, and other scientific research institutions.
The main materials tested
1. Exterior wall insulation materials: silicate insulation materials, vacuum insulation panels, ceramic insulation materials, rubber powder polystyrene particles, extruded polystyrene boards (XPS), rigid polyurethane foam insulation boards, foamed cement boards, and inorganic fireproof insulation mortars.
2. Roofing materials: ceramic insulation boards, extruded XPS boards, EPS foam boards, perlite and perlite bricks, vermiculite and vermiculite bricks, and foamed cement.
3. Heating and air conditioning materials: phenolic resin, integrated polyurethane waterproof insulation, rubber-plastic sponge, polyethylene, polystyrene foam, glass wool, and rock wool.
4. Steel structure materials: polystyrene, extruded polystyrene boards, polyurethane boards, and glass wool felt.
5. Inorganic insulation materials: foamed cement.
