Detailed description
LR-F789 microcomputer interlayer bond strength tester according to GB/T 26203 "Determination of bond strength in paper and board" (Scott type) production and development, suitable for kraft paper bag food composite wrapping paper internal bond strength test. The instrument design is based on a falling pendulum that produces a high-speed impact on the paper sample, sandwiching the paper sample between two double-coated tape bases. The pendulum impact measures the total energy required to divide the internal fibers of the sample into two layers along the Z-direction. It is used to test the inter-layer peel strength of industrial papers such as electrical insulating board, yarn tube paper, and gray board. The instrument is widely used in chemical, energy, automobile, medical, mechanical and electrical, agriculture, cosmetics, electronics, construction, food, packaging and other industries.

Working principle
The combination of double-sided tape - specimen - double-sided tape forms a sandwich structure that is pressed between a metal flat anvil and an aluminum block, which is struck with a pendulum against the upper inner surface of the aluminum block, causing the aluminum block to flip over and breaking the specimen in the Z direction. By measuring the position of the swing, the energy absorbed by the sample during the failure process is calculated, expressed in J/m2.
