The analyzer features an annular halogen lamp that ensures uniform sample heating for easy operation and accurate measurements. The system uses halogen heating to rapidly dry samples while continuously measuring and displaying moisture content in real-time. Upon completion, the final moisture content value is locked and displayed.

Advantages over traditional oven methods: Halogen heating provides faster, more uniform drying at high temperatures without damaging sample surfaces. Results show excellent consistency with national standard oven methods while offering significantly higher testing efficiency. Most samples can be analyzed in just minutes.

The intuitive LCD display clearly shows moisture values, initial/final sample weights, measurement time, temperature, and other critical data. The unit supports computer and printer connectivity for GLP-compliant data output.

1. With display showing 0.000 (heating indicator on), place sample on scale
2. Close lid and press Start to begin heating test
3. After completion, screen displays product moisture content
4. Press Set to view various parameters, then Start to begin next test
