Product Introduction
This instrument is designed to determine the heat transfer of materials or material components used in protective equipment when exposed to flames. The device consists of a stainless steel frame, a propane gas burner, and an accurate pressure regulator. It automatically stops in case of an emergency, and this feature is located 50mm below the top surface of the sample support frame. Within the specified standard time, the engine rotation and the introduction position of the support frame (with a calorimeter, calorimeter mounting block, calorimeter positioning plate, and a support frame with the sample) and the shutter (to protect the flame) display the calibration value of 80 kW/m2, and an LCD shows all settings and measurement results.

Test principle
Light the gas and maintain the flame stable for several minutes. Then, calibrate using a heat flux density of 80 kW/m2 ± 5%. Place the outermost layer of the sample face down on the sample support frame, and place the calorimeter positioning plate on the top of the sample. Start the test and maintain it until a temperature rise of (24 ± 0.2)℃ is observed (similarly, the time for the temperature to rise by 12℃ will also be displayed)
