1.Description
The basic composition of spectroscopic tester can be divided into light source and illumination system, collimation system, dispersion system, imaging system and receiving, detection and display system 5 parts, of which the collimation system and dispersion system can be collectively referred to as the spectroscopic system. The light emitted from the light source is irradiated on the object to be measured, and the light reflected from the surface of the object to be measured is directed to the incident slit after reflecting several times on the inner wall of the integrating sphere, and the light contains material spectral information. The illumination system (in this case the integrating sphere) transfers the light energy reflected from the surface of the object to the collimation system.
The collimation system generally consists of an incident slit and a collimating objective lens, and the beam emitted from the slit passes through the collimation system and becomes parallel to the dispersion system. The dispersive system uses a dispersive element (in this case, a flat grating) to separate the incident parallel light into monochromatic light. Imaging system is the role of the spatially dispersed wavelengths of monochromatic light convergence in the focal plane of the imaging mirror, forming a series of wavelengths arranged according to the slit monochrome image. The receiving system and the display system receive the spectral energy on the focal plane and output the color measurement results in the form of data after data processing.
Compared to filter-type colorimeters, spectrophotometric colorimeters are more accurate and sensitive to color, and are more suitable for measuring the absolute value of a sample's color in addition to the color difference.
