Main performance characteristics
The LR-N008 has a split structure for testing samples over long distances.The LR-N008 has a large platform that can be used for normal testing at distances from 0.1 m to 10 m, even when used as a single unit.
1. Advanced optical path design
The LR-N008 is equipped with a high power semiconductor laser using the Fraunhofer diffraction principle and a typical parallel optical path design. The unique high-density detection unit makes the LR-N008 highly capable of detecting small particles, and the LR-N008 can seamlessly test the range from 1μm to 800μm. The LR-N008 is also equipped with an automatic optical path adjustment device, which facilitates operation and extends the service life of the instrument.
2. High power semiconductor laser
The LR-N008 uses a high-power semiconductor laser to improve the resolution of the instrument, making small particles invisible.
3. Automatic calibration of optical path:
LR-N008 is the first spray particle sizer to incorporate an auto-alignment function, which ensures the stability and accuracy of the measurement by adding an automatic optical path adjustment system. At the same time greatly reduce the operator's work intensity.
4. Imported lens
LR-N008 adopts Japan Canon main lens with small distortion and good imaging effect. The receiving end adopts a large diameter long focal length lens with a diameter of 150 mm, which makes particle detection more accurate.
5. Ultra wide range
LR-N008 ranges from 1μm to 800μm.
Auxiliary light positioning: LR-N008 unique increase in the auxiliary light positioning function, positioning, the transmitter simultaneously emits two laser beams, double-point matching, the receiver can start the optical path of the automatic adjustment system, greatly simplifying the adjustment difficulty.
6. Powerful analysis software
Powerful analysis software allows the particle size distribution of all droplets in all laser beams to be recorded at any time. Moving spray test results within the laser beam can be continuously recorded and statistically analyzed.
