BGD 867 Cabinet Xenon Test Chamber Xenon Climatic Test Machine
1.Description
BGD 867 Cabinet Xenon Test Chamber is a high-performance xenon aging test chamber equipped with three original 1.8 kW xenon lamp tubes imported from the United States. It supports optional filters (daylight filter, window glass filter, and extended UV filter), fully complying with diverse international and domestic testing standards.
The BGD 867 accommodates 25 standard samples (150×70mm) and integrates spray functionality with precise humidity control within the chamber. Operators can flexibly set test parameters (irradiance energy, exposure time, black panel temperature, spray intervals, chamber humidity, etc.) via a human-machine interface, monitor real-time operational status, and export runtime data directly to a computer via USB.
Features:
* Three U.S.-imported 1.8 kW xenon lamps deliver high-intensity irradiation for accelerated testing.
* Programmable humidity control within the working chamber.
* Multi-level safety alerts: Black panel/black standard over-temperature, irradiance deviation, door-open shutdown protection, spray water shortage, humidity/temperature deviations, and lamp cooling fan pressure protection.
* Customizable test protocols with 6 user-defined programs (10-stage parameter settings per program).
* Automatic test termination based on predefined total irradiance energy exposure.
* Front-facing spray function with adjustable spray duration and intervals.
* True solar spectrum simulation using xenon lamps compliant with international standards, ensuring test data comparability and reproducibility.
* Closed-loop irradiance control (Solar Eye system) automatically compensates for energy fluctuations caused by lamp aging, ensuring stability and precision.
* Extended lamp lifespan up to 1,500 hours.
* Multiple filter options to meet global testing standards.
* Accelerated aging: Simulates 24/7 exposure equivalent to midday summer sunlight, drastically reducing testing time.
* Cost-effective solution with low upfront costs, affordable lamp replacements, and minimal operational expenses-ideal for laboratories of all sizes.
