1.Description: 

The BGD 500 digital display pull-off adhesion tester is a newly developed intelligent adhesion testing instrument by our company. It conducts pull-off tests on coatings of a specific area through hydraulic pressure. The pull-off force can be precisely displayed on the digital display, and there are two different units to choose from: MPa and psi. This instrument is the first of its kind in China. It features simple operation, accurate data, low maintenance cost and the price of supporting consumables, as well as the following:

Portable design, with built-in rechargeable lithium battery, no external power supply required, suitable for on-site and laboratory use

◆ It is standardly equipped with a USB interface. After being connected to a computer, the instrument is similar to a USB flash drive. The stored experimental data can be directly copied without the need to install any software. It is simple and convenient to use.

◆ Comply with GB/T 5210, ASTM D4541/D7234, ISO 4624/16276-1 and other standards

The machine is equipped with a built-in real-time clock, and all the saved data have corresponding experimental dates, times, etc. Facilitate users to summarize and manage the experimental data;

◆ Various pull-off spindles of 10,14,20 and 50mm, for products with different bonding strengths, have expanded the functions and resolution of the instrument

Each instrument is calibrated by a traceable pressure sensor before leaving the factory, with an accuracy of ±1% of the full scale, and comes with a calibration certificate

The internal storage of pull-off data includes the maximum pull-off force, pull-off rate, test time and the size of the pull-off spindle

The pull-off rate display makes it easier for the operator to observe and adjust the pull-off rate, which is in line with the international standard test method

Just by pressing the button, the size of the pull-off unit can be selected, the measurement unit can be changed or the reading can be stored

◆ There is no need to convert the table. The instrument automatically calculates the pull-off force according to the size of the pull-off unit
