EDX 1800B is a product specially designed for RoHS, EN71 and other environmental protection directives.

EDX 1800B is a popular model in the series of products, triple ray protection system; Humanized operation interface; Comprehensive application of empirical coefficient method, basic parameter method V1.0 analysis software. Element tests range from S-U. That is, the Pb, Cd, Hg, PBB and PBDE that can control RoHS directives

Br, Cr of hexavalent chromium and Cl and Br elements in halogen-free directives. It can fully meet RoHS/WEEE/ halogen-free control requirements. Carefully designed open work curve function, especially suitable for multi-material factory process control.

Prodcut Descripition 

1. Triple ray protection (software, hardware, maze design) to ensure the personal safety of operators and radiation damage caused by accidental operations;

2. Large sample cavity design, suitable for the detection of large samples, partially replacing the handheld XRF function;

3. The new optical path design solves the negative impact of the air optical path on the measurement of Cl element to the maximum extent, and ensures the detection limit and stability of chlorine (Cl) element;

The newly optimized V1.0 analysis software can automatically set the optical tube power according to the sample material, shape and size, which can not only extend the service life of the optical tube but also give full play to the detector performance and greatly improve the measurement accuracy;

6. Integrated a series of advanced spectral processing methods, including FFT (fast Fourier transform filter), accurate background subtraction method, derivative automatic peak search and Quasi-Newton optimization algorithm;

7. The international leading XRF analysis software integrates a variety of classical analysis methods, including empirical coefficient method, basic parameter method (FP method), theoretical α coefficient method, etc., to fully ensure the accuracy of test data;
